Invoices

Send invoice files to the agent via Telegram and manage payment approvals from the dashboard.

Zhentan can process invoices sent directly through Telegram. The agent extracts the payment details, assigns a risk score, and queues the invoice for your review and approval from the dashboard.

How It Works

1. Send an invoice via Telegram

   Forward an invoice file or paste invoice details in your Telegram chat with the Zhentan agent.

2. Agent extracts the details

   The agent automatically extracts: recipient address, amount, token, due date, line items, and any relevant notes.

3. Risk score is assigned

   The extracted transaction is scored against your patterns — same scoring logic as any other transaction.

4. Invoice appears in the dashboard

   The invoice shows up in the Requests tab of the Zhentan app with all details and the risk assessment.

5. Approve or reject from the dashboard

   Review the invoice details and approve to execute the payment, or reject to dismiss it.
